What a day! We had 15 guys today and everyone brought their A game! I'd like to thank Mike and Michele for hosting another great day!

We start off with Time trials for the Tour Mods and Jonathan Sohl taking fast time on Orange lane with a 1.588!

Time trial results:

3- Ken Vogel Jr. 1.613
4- Mike Brendle 1.623
5- Ken Vogel Sr. 1.634
6- Darren Scandariato 1.638
7- Ed Sohl 1.658

11- Jeff Andrade 1.787

Next we ran two heat races with the winners advancing to the A Main. Winners were

Heat 1: Tom Rogers Jr.

Heat 2: Ken Vogel Jr.

Last we ran a consolation race where the top three made the A Main. Top 3 were:
Mike Gamache
Kregg Kerr
Mike Brendle

Feature time and man, was the A Main a fast pace action packed race!

Taking home his first ever LI Tour feature win and first ever Tour mod feature race was Kregg Kerr!!! Congratulations, Kregg!!

Cup cars hard body 1/24 -1/25 model kits, on 4 1/2 FCR or Reality Raceway chassis.

1/24 Tour Mods used with a 4 inch FCR or Reality Raceway Chassis, bodies made out of laminated paper.

Vintage Modifieds built on a 4 1/2 inch FCR or Reality raceway Chassis. Hard body as well.

This looks pretty cool, how long and what configuration is the track?

BTW... Love the infield!



Jay, not sure how big this track is but it's a bull ring 4 lane oval built by Tom Meade about 20 years ago. Tommy built this track all by himself and was born with 1 arm, the guy amazes me what he can do.

Now this track is owned by Mike Gamache.

I own a 10x16 D shape oval built by Gary Gerding.

PS the infield all the details were added by Mike Gamache. It looks like a real Saturday Night bull ring.
