Some of you might remember the Super Marionation TV series in the 60's by Gerry Anderson...

Called "SUPERCAR"!

Piloted by Mike Mercury, it was a marvel to a young kid (at that time) and I watched it on TV after school!

Using a RIGGEN Brass in-line 26D chassis, I present my very own version painted by Jarius Watson.

The body is the "UFO" created and pulled by Master Mike Zimmerman (a.k.a. 32 Deuce) in thin lexan.

I remember that body from a proxy event I hosted.

Mike Z did a great job on it, both pulling and painting it (I assume he was the painter)

IIRC, it was copperish color, and it had riveted paneling, looking like an airplane/spaceship.

This body I have had for some years finally awaiting it's proper production, is made by another Master of Molds, Mike "32 Deuce" Zimmerman.

Also known as Mr. Z. I was able to obtain a small collection of his works long ago. I don't know if he produces any more, but his works are out-of-this-world.

As with every project car I produce, it takes years sometimes to get everything together to build another exciting "outlaw" thingie car project.

Mike is on facebook thingies and used to visit here at slotblog.

There will be additional Mike Z creations revealed here soon.
