Brad Friesner set a new G7 King track world record yesterday (or today, I can't tell for sure) on the King track In Pilsen, Czech Republic.
1.283 seconds!
There's a video of the lap on Facebook that I can't bring over here. Hopefully someone will post it up on YouTube so I can.
Congrats, Brad!

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Anyone know what he was running? like an 84 in a 24 mag setup? just curious. Great run.

While the the slightly lower 1.28 is awesome, I think the 1,484 lap record is way, way more impressive.
Running eight heats, all between 182-189 laps is incredible.
Being able to keep a car that is going 1.6s, running without incident, for 40 minutes straight is what separates Brad and Beuf from the rest of the pack.
