My goal of making both bracket and motor sit level at ground zero with .032 clearance is mathematically impossible.
A Parma 26 mikes at .647", which "drives" the entire situation.
So, here's my plan:
-Parma 26T (dyed black) sleeved to 3/32 with a hollow set screw (makes it balance)
-ARP 9T angled steel pinion (not because it's needed for hypoid - because of the small crown OD)
-Orange donuts at about .750"
-Clearance .062" rear, angled to .032 front
-Chassis will be an ISO (because all Cucs are ISO lol) with tilting rod body mount outriggers
-I reserve the right to possibly use Swiss plated wire here and there, but it will be almost all brass rod
Photo is rough trim of the wheels to 13/16" OD, PCH axle trimmed to correct length to make it 3.00" wide.
Note to potential buyers - unlike my previous car which was full of high dollar rare collectible parts, this car is going to be very affordable
