Please mark your calendars and plan to attend a day to celebrate fellow racer Dave Geehring's life.

 

 

Saturday June 8th, 10AM

Thazer Raceway, South Bend, IN 

 

The organizers have promised more information and specifics about the event in the coming week and I will re-post it here as soon as it is known.

"JUNE 8, 2019 Thazer Raceway is having a celebration! We are going to celebrate the life of Dave Geehring. So mark this date on your calendar and come join us in the celebration.

 

Doors open at 12. Festivities for the day include three-of Dave’s favorite classes,

 

4 1/2 NASCAR (USCCA rules),

RETRO Can Am (Pro Slot FK 4002 motor) and the last race of the day,

Pony Stock (Mid-American Hardbody Rules).

 

Entry fee for the day is $50.00, that includes the three races, a special participant plaque, and a lunch.

 

All proceeds from the day will be donated to the American Cancer Society in Dave’s name.

For the memorial race on June 8th for our good friend Dave we have designed a t-shirt:



The t-shirts will be available the day of the race for $25.00. These are quality shirts in tall sizes. We also will have Thazer hats available for $20.00. Proceeds from the sale of the T-shirts and hats will go to the American Cancer Society.

We would like to take pre orders for the t-shirts to ensure everyone will get them in their size on the day of the race. (this will help us in ordering the right amount of the right sizes) Text or call, leave a message at 574-850-5579.
