Recently sent some tires back to Alpha as they were mistakenly put in the wrong tube. Just asked for an exchange for the right ones, no big deal. Tires just came back and included was a bag of freebies that was totally unexpected. Certainly wasn't necessary but it was really appreciated nonetheless.

Thanks, Alpha, you guys rock.

Their customer appreciation level rises this year, getting slot box stickers and great packaging again.

Sincerely hope Paul is "... getting back on track..."  and will return to 100% at next health tech check.

Thanks to all at Alpha.

Years ago a pair of Alpha tires became partially unglued from the hubs. I emailed Paul about it and he sent me a new pair without requiring me to return the defective ones. He has a history of being a great guy.

You may have some quality control issues if you need to make up stickers to apologize.

... OR... like a lot of people, you just feed them into your inkjet printer for all sorts of things, in this case a nice way to show appreciation. I'm not at all getting the snark here.

In my books this is a pretty s****y comment, but I don’t know if this is sarcasm from Phil. Any effort in this day and age by a supplier to make things right needs to be commended.

Yep.  Whether "sarcasm" or an attempt at humor is anyone's guess, but either seems way out of place. Since most everyone here is way-adult in terms of vintage, I take these things as they are written.

Bottom line is that Alpha did a good thing... a very good thing.

Just a business observation... no charge.

It kind of reminds me when I've been on hold for 30 minutes listening to a recording on how much they value my business.

I am sure Phil meant no harm. (What else are you going to do when you have nothing but time on your hands :dash2:  :victory:

Agree with John, bottom line is a good thing from Alpha.

It's a challenge to find good customer service these days and when someone takes the time to offer a little something extra in return to resolve a problem - for me, it confirms they appreciate my business.

It makes me appreciate them in return and I would keep doing business with them!

Glad to hear you had a great experience Phil!

I like hearing positive feedback.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Alpha!

I think having a sticker prepared like that is excellent

If anyone believes their business is infallible and won’t make errors or mistakes then their head is far too far up their own ***

I’ve always said, “don’t judge me on my mistakes, but on what I do next....”
