Fellas,
The C.A.R.S. Vintage Slot Car Club was well represented in Saturday's "Jail Door" Winter Run at THE RACE PLACE. Mikey and Glenn faced some of the toughest competition the region has to offer and gave them a run for their money !
Both of our members raced the classes for the first time in many years and despite an unfamiliar track, carried the C.A.R.S. colors proudly. I'll post the official finishing order and some pic tomorrow or Monday...

That was the most fun I have had racing in a long time! I got a lot of help from Mike Katz- the best! Thanks again Mike. The Jaildoor cars performed great. I had my cars built up for me about 10 years ago, or more, and with new rears were competitive. Well, except for the old Falcon in my Sports car, so I was the slow poke of the group, but still fun. Yes I'm hooked!
