The black chassis is a Russkit "Black Widow" probably worth around $30-50.

The other is a Classic Manta Ray chassis probably worth around $25 or so.

They're not terribly rare and there are usually a few of these available on eBay but at auction you never know for sure what one of these will go for.

The Ruskitt looks like it has rewound armatures in the motors. Could have some value there depending on what they are.

What about it?

If you mean value, not a lot! Especially in that condition. There are a lot of these around, and the cars are almost always missing the roofs, like here. These were actually kind of unique sets, since they had AC motors and that odd guidance system - a very shallow slot and a magnet on the end of the guide arm, attached to a steering unit. They must have sold a fair amount, since it was A.C. Gilbert, but they're not especially desireable in the collectors market.
