SO I have this Mean Green Armature sitting around , thought I would se if it was dead !

Cleaned it up with an eraser then I took an OHM meter across it.

Got some strange readings 10, 10 and then 20  !

It doesn't look rewound to me !

What's with this ?

And yes it runs...sort of !

It's got an open circuit on one pole. Either a broken wire, or bad connection at the com.

At this point you have a junk arm.

You might try to resolder the connections at the com.  Something doesn't look right with the one farthest from the camera.

I'd resolder all the com connections and see what happens.

Yes, based on your data, you have 2 poles, each with a resistance of 10 ohms and a third, open pole.  If all 3 were good, the resistance across each, measured at the   comm, would be 6.66..ohms.
