It has been announced by event sponsor B&E Slotsport that the Legends Memorial 3 Race 2019 will be held at Thazer Raceway on September 7, 2019.

 

 

The classes to be raced are Mid-American Hobbystock Hardbody (Mid-American Rules), 4 ½" Stock Car (USSCA Rules) and Can-Am (RETRO/USSCA Rules).

Some of the awards on tap for the Legends Memorial 3 races:

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 classes on the White Knight hillclimb.

 

Awards for the top 8 in the form of large wall plaques in each class, participation plaques. 

 

Raffle prizes will raise funds to go to charity. Please let us know if you're willing to provide raffle prizes for charitable organizations. Race entries are $15 per class. $5 from each entry goes to charity.

 

This year, the Legends Memorial trophy will be awarded to a name drawn from race entry forms.

 

2 minutes on, 2 minutes off per lane.

 

Order of the day:

 

Track opens at 9 am.

Tech opens for Hobbystock at 11.

Tech closes at 11:30, racers will be separated into mains, racing by noon.

Break for 30 minutes after the conclusion of Hobbystock for lunch.

Tech will be open for a period of 30 minutes for NASCAR.

Can Am tech will open immediately after the conclusion of NASCAR for 30 minutes, then we're racing.

A Couple of items being provided at the Legends Memorial on Saturday are (2) brand new Silverback Rollers built by Neal Isler. (Photo above is of the actual cars) B&E Slotsport will also provide one of their Hardbody build fixtures.

The items listed above will be part of a silent auction. All proceeds raised will be donated to Riverbend Cancer Services.

There will be many other items raffled off as the day goes on as well.
