The chassis is by "Unique" and the motor a Russkit 22.

Unique sold these as both an RTR and a kit. They also had a deal with Russkit to supply the motors.
Looks like the rear wheels might have been replaced along the road...

I remember there is a really cool color pic of this chassis on the front cover of a 1964? slot car mag. I will look for it.

Here it is Martin - I still remember coming back from school one day and finding this behind our front door! MC&T sent their magazines in a clear plastic wrap, so it was doubly impressive! May 1965

By the way Carter, here is mine.  No body mounts yet but 90% of it is from a kit.  Motor is just a placeholder and I added the wheel nuts.

I think they are Dynamic.

You need rears like I have and I am unsure what they are called because Unique used a strange numbering process for the wheels.  But I think you need:
"32-9 Deep dish mag type - 5 hole pattern - wide - 5/40 thread."
They pop up on ebay from time to time.

I found these but they are labeled as 24-9:

Don, love that magazine cover!

Thanks Don for finding the pic I was remembering. I looked online through hundreds of pics, too lazy to go through my mag collection.

  You are obviously better organized than I. Got to work on that.

Interesting to see the pivoting front end.  I used a similar scheme ca 1960 on my scratch chassis;

The head of a 2-56 machine screw was filed to fit the axle tube and soldered on then passed through a hole in the chassis and secured with a nut and teflon washer.
