Some years ago, someone here made me a freaking dandy armature clamp, and for the life of me I can't remember who it was.  Anyway, I need another clamp made for a bunch of smaller diameter arms and I've been ruining a clamp I had by over-tightening it.  Sooo...if you're the guy who made me the clamp, or if you're a machinist who can bang one out, please PM me.  I can PayPal or do it for trade (arms/motor).  The clamp can be made from aluminum or brass.  1/2" bar stock is fine.

TIA

My best guess is, it was Rick Bennardo, but not sure

May 4, 2009 ... Page 15 of 143 - Arm winding #1 - posted in Motors & Motor ... having Rick make me a 26D clamp for my RGEO crank winder when yours came ...

Don't you have a brass arm clamp made by someone else, used  on your wooden winder? I found a photo of it, but no verbiage as to who made it.

Hi Bill,

Yes, I remember all that, and the person who made me that clamp I mentioned in post #1 wasn't Rick.  The brass arm clamps I have were given to me by a Blogger many years ago, and he never mentioned who made them.  **However, the guy who made the clamp DID PM me, so I think I'm good!  Thanks!
