The FSCS 2019 Fall Championship Race #2 will be held on Saturday 8/10 at P-1 Slot Car Raceway in Winter Garden, FL.

The doors will open at 7:30 AM. Racing will begin at approximately 9 AM.

The track braid depth is .025" (see P-1 guide set-up depth below).

The first race will be NASCAR, followed by LMP, and then DTM.

The Version 4 Rules Quick Reference can be found HERE.

P-1 guide set-up depth"
1)  Temporarily make the guide braid as flat as you can to the guide.
2)  Set the car in the .020" recess of your tech plate. You should see about .005" daylight under the chassis arms.
3)  Set the car in the .025" recess of your tech plate. The chassis arms should be lightly touching the tech plate or, at most, just a tiny whisker above the plate.
4)  Finally, fluff the braids as much as possible, without increasing the clearance in the previous step.
4a)  If the guide is angled upwards, experiment with "ballooning" the braid where it wraps around the front of the guide, in order to increase the length of the contact patch (but still without increasing the clearance in step 3).

P-1 Raceway has been recently cleaned and re-glued. The track is in great shape. Marcus and his guys do a great job in keeping the track in great shape and fast. We should have some very good racing on Saturday.

I am looking forward to seeing everybody at this race.
