Anyone have a Cox 16D or Champion 507 motor can-drive they want to sell? Must fit Cox La Cucaracha.

John,

I have a pristine 507 can drive.  Would be willing to trade for same condition 707...

Don,

Which one is the 707?  36D can drive?  If so, I may be able to help...all involved...a gator hooked me up several years ago...

Mike, yes, the 707 is a can-drive 36D w/Arco mags & a grind balanced rewound arm.

Mike,

OOPS!  My mistake, I thought the 707's were EB drive.  I'll have to stick with a 701.  Thanks for looking...

Not all 707s had bearings. I had one of each in the late 60's. They both ran equally well..

It comes with a gear and lead wire.

Let me know if still interested.

If you need horsepower, I also have a JH 36D that I can take pics of.  Not using it currently.

Sorry was a long, weird day. Obviously, the 701 I have is Can-drive.

I don't know if this is actually a Champion, but it's endbell drive. https://www.ebay.com/itm/362540287236

Champion's 36D cans had endbell mounting screw holes top & bottom. This one has a screw hole in the can end of the top for....?? It might have champion magnets, but the photo doesn't show them, if it does.
