The Jail Door class isn't being run in too many places. Best to ask about what bodies are legal where you plan to race them.
As far as I know, there isn't one set of broadly-supported ruleset like exists for Retro racing.

Hi Bill
For the Jail Door F1 and Sports Car class for the race scheduled for Dec 7 morning at Dom's Raceway here in NJ that I understand you plan on attending the rules followed can be found HERE.
The JK Mini Brute (MB) is an optional motor that is not listed. Just make sure you meet the motor/chassis/tire and overall measurement specifications. They will probably give you a first time free pass to use your JK Lotus 40 and the F1 which is not pre-1967.
