Our 'Magic Stick' comm cleaning stick works great to clean up the comm when you don't have access to to a comm lathe. You can remove the endbell hardware or brush hood and spin the pinion side of the arm up in a Dremel. Trim to fit to any size you need.

Price $11.99.

A strip of 2000 grit sandpaper works too. Neither will true the comm, but both will make it shiney.
