Looking for a good armature or at least one better than the one that comes stock in a ProSlot FK motor , thanks

Pm sent. X12 made to fit fk motor, not c-can one. Also scorpion is about same speed as fk but more consistent.

Earl, you don't say what you're going to use a "good armature" for, but have you contacted John Havlicek to see if he can wind something to meet your needs?

Thanks for all the info , since you can take the FK motor apart I just wanted a replacement better armature to install in the original ones place

Pretty sure with minimalsh adjustment you can fit a regular c can 12 arm in a psfk.

I know this may be a late question, but is this for playing around or for racing? If its for racing, what do your rules call for? If this for playing around, just stuff it with anything you want...

FYI:  The "Big Dog" is one step hotter (similar to a wasp) than the 4002 Am or Chinese arm - then the x-12.

The Big Dog is similar to a Contender, they have the same number of winds and wire size, but their stack lengths are different. The BD has a .400 stack while the Contender is .440. The BD is limited to 25 degrees while the Contender is unlimited...
