Ah, yes, I remember when the fledgling ESPN made its mark as the leader in auto racing broadcasts. Too bad they abandoned their fans.

Most of the old Glory Days shows were edited from original Triangle films of the old races. Dave D told me ESPN still owns those Glory Days shows and he and another guy tried to buy them a few years ago, but ESPN wasn't interested, so they are somewhere just gathering dust. Maybe with no current live sports we can bombard ESPN with email and get them shown again.
