Why does the pic size need to be so small? I have  some pics I can't post because I can't get them small enough. I use my phone to take pics. And have it on the lowest setting. And crop them on the computer. But I still have a hard time getting some of them to work.

On Microsoft Windows

On your PC, open your photo in "paint"

Click on resize.

Change 100% to 25% press ok

Click on file

Click on save as

Choose your save folder name where your want your photo file to go

Click ok

Troy, the first answer is storage. The database for Slotblog is approaching 30 gigabytes.

The second answer is the bigger the image, the slower it is for people on slow internet connections and cell networks to open posts.

 

But, I suspect your problem isn't file size, as the forum software is supposed to automatically reduce photos.

Please email me three or four pics you were not able to post at Slotblog so I can take a look at them and run a couple of tests. I believe I can help you with this problem. Also let me know what size pic your phone is taking please.
