I see quite a few raceways announcing re-opening dates.

Check with your local raceway if you haven't been notified.

Great track and a great group of racers!

Quite a line up of the usual suspects, but I think number three looks the most guilty!  :D

The face masks will muffle any screaming at the marshals!

Is that #3 from the left or right?   :)

They all look pretty suspect.

Beyond suspicion... guilty!

The virus may not be as deadly as some projections thought it might be, but the rate of transmission is much higher than a standard flu virus, and that's the reason for the precautions. As much as we know about this virus, there is still much more we don't know about it. It doesn't hurt anyone to err on the side of being careful.

Yes, if you're concerned, best to stay home (that's what I would be doing if raceways around here had the green light to open).

But by the same token, is it that big of a deal to put into place some simple precautions, and make sure everyone abides by them?

Hi Terry!

Long time no see, my friend. How ya doin'?

I believe in masks, spacing, sanitizer at the minimum. I can't afford to do any differently.

I've not been anywhere but the feed/beer store since mid-March.

Man has to drink. And the chickens gotta eat! Otherwise man has no eggs.

Good thing they sell both at the same place!

Me... the food store, gas station, and the packy once a week.

Otherwise, in to work or work at home when I can.

It would be nice if some of the racers that are currently racing if they could list the best practice from their raceway. What are you guys doing to stay safe? What are the raceways requiring the racers to do at the racers panel, in the pits, marshaling, etc. This could help others stay safe.

We have at Atlanta race marked the tables and spaces with tape where you can sit with tape. Also we have posted that you must have a mask on and no eating or drinking in the building.

We wipe down the tables and doors after every race event
