USRA is announcing the cancellation of the 2020 Scale Nats
After much discussion between Fast Tracks Hobbies owner Dwight Adamson and the USRA Board, this decision was reached and in doing so the USRA will award the 2022 Scale Nats to Fast Track Hobbies, Rocklin, CA.
Now to the question: why? Because CA is in such a lockdown, the track is not open for slot racing now and it looks like it won't be until end of Sept at best and that will be with limited capacity. And Oct has the Worlds and Nov and Dec are holiday months.
Why award FTH the 2022 Nats? Because the USRA only thought it was fair and the right thing to do so they could have a chance to recoup the costs that they had put out for the 2020 race.
Thanks for your understanding.

That's sad news but understandable. At least we'll have them near in 2022. Now If I can just live that long!!
