The new Janis Nabokins built track was finally put together today.

 

The 46 metre track has individual 12 volt power supplies on each lane.

 

All that remains to be done is the track wiring and the final track height leveling.

 

The Wellington Slot Car Club now has a track that will be the envy of many.  :)

The track is nestled up to the coloured wall and covers the individual power supplies and relays, etc. :)

Champion effort, guys. Really happy for you all, you've worked hard to get this done. The extra financial commitment made by some of the people in these photos to this project will be appreciated by many.

Looking forward to putting some laps down with you at the 1/24 Nats later this year.

Today the track wiring was completed. :)

An official opening ceremony will be held next Saturday.

Who remembers Clutha Taskers place in Hamilton New Zealand called Wizards , it was a flat track cant remember if it had a bank or not , Ive been there twice I the late 80s and maybe early 90s when I visited NZ
