On June 18, 2020, at about 12:30 PM we lost an amazing soul. My father Michele “Mike” Navetta finally lost his battle with life and has moved on to a life that he will continue doing as he did on Earth, just as he pleased.

We have made these arrangements for us to celebrate his life:

Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2020

Visitation times: 3 PM - 9 PM

Funeral service: 7 PM - 8 PM

Location: Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons - Sterling Heights

36900 Schoenherr Rd., Sterling Hgts., MI

Obituary

Please consider leaving your thoughts on the tribute wall page so that the family may read them.

Mike was often seen at Skidmarks and sometimes at Downriver Speedway & Hobby. He was an active member of the Tri-State USRA in the early 2000s until that organization ceased operations.

Thank you for sharing, so sad to hear. I raced with Mike many times in the late '80s and early '90s. Most of the time at USRA Tri-State races and several large regional events. Mike always had fast stuff and was a good guy. Sad moment today, but brings back good memories.

God bless...
