OMG! i love those things. have a few or so, but you blew me away.
they were a class at my two clubs back in the 60's. i'm planning to bring them back as an iroc class but they need some work.

My first race car. We ran the flat American black track. Won my first 3 trophys with it. Still have it and drive it too!

Chris, did you attend the Westboro Speedway when it existed? I watched many a midget race there when I lived in Framingham.

i went there every Saturday night. my dad had an old flat head coupe. and i did some demo derby's there and won , one of them. i love the midgets. i work for the collings foundation and we have 30 midgets i work on. we have over 70 cars there that i take care of.

I have a Midget Chris repaired for the first owner of Modelville Hobby and it is beautiful. And it runs too.
Speedy Modelville would love to host your IROC races.

Chris, does the foundation have any of the Badger lay-down cars made in Northboro? I recall they were "the car" in midget racing, only to be replaced by an upright car powered by a modified VW engine. The wide variety of motors is what interested me I used to see small block Chevies cut into V-4s & inline fours, as well as various others.. My friend Jeff Horn of Ashland ran supers at Star Speedway when I lived in the area. Later, he & I think his son too, ran midgets.

jeff used to rent my 2 bays in my shop no we dont have any bagers there they got outlawed when nema started
