Can anyone supply a list of rubber grip by brand?

Either donuts or mounted will be fine :)

How is that possible?

It is all dependent on the particular batch of rubber, each company has, at that particular moment.

Also treating of the rubber varies company by company.

Rubber is a black art it’s never exactly the same from batch to batch.

The same rubber on different diameter wheels is going to give you different grip levels too.

When you find good rubber you have to buy a box of donuts, usually 500 pair will get you half off. Otherwise your stuck with the same junk rubber everyone else has.

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but Jet tires checks all their tires and puts the durometer reading on the bottle. We run harder tires on the King track and softer ones on the Hill Climb.

His tires, depending on hub size, etc go from about 12 up to 36

If you are looking for a certain hub size or durometer reading, he may be able to help.
