It has would I would say is a Pittman 704A.

Yes, That's an International #1112 Chassis. Will Fit Pittman 704,705 and 706 and Ram 222,426 and 426A. I have one NOS

 

That front axle with the retainers is original to the chassis.

I believe it's a Pit. 705 the 704 had axle outside of arm.

705 & 706 used the axle out the back.  It is easy to pop the plates out to move the axle.

I'm looking at my 706 and the axle is between the magnet and the arm. Yes you can swap the plates.

The parts on a 704A and 705 are pretty much interchangeable and had the exact same specs, the 706 though is rather different.
