[blue&orange]

So in a chassis ID thread I dragged out all my Riggen RTR cars, and realized I had a potential Thingie that wasn't in Carlo Tonalezzi's Thingie book. Seemed like Riggen production, but wasn't sure – until a blue one appeared on eBay today. 

 

Anybody know the name?

Riggen Mach 1....not so difficult to find, not very cheap, but affordable...

Riggen "Mach One." Uses an all-brass inline drive chassis. No hinged pans, just a solid pan chassis.

 

Usually a FT26D but Riggen also made a variant of their brass chassis for an inline FT16D bearing drive that was attached by a clip, similar to the La Cucaracha style of fastening.
