Left to right the first 3 sets are Revell. If you want to part with the 3rd pair from the left please let me know. The pair that's missing a tire.
The set on the far right, I'm not sure who made them. I like to trade also.

Far rights look a lot like Dynamic. MDC, Ulrich, Revell and Dynamic all made some pretty fine wheels.

They are correct Revell and Dynamic.

First 3 sets are Revell Halibrands and Cobra mags. The extreme right are Dynamic fronts for Bandits and Renegades.

Hey Matt, the wheels on the right do look similar to the Bandit/Renegades but these are not them.
This is a pic of Bandit/ Renegade and the smaller Super Bandit for comparison.

Yep, made for the after market. Not as nice a casting as the Bandit/Renegade version IMO.
Looking to buy a pair of Renegade rear wheels to finish a Renegade on my bench. P.M. me if you have a pair you are willing to sell or trade.

Matt, do you mean Cobra the car or the slot car company? They are sort of in the style of the "sunburst" wheels of the 427 cobra. I can't see those being made by Cobra the manufacturer. I put up a pic of the real cars wheels.
