Any options for home 1/24 1/32 track , would like 4 lane if possible and have 6x16 to work with.

Carrea digital looks good but i hear cars not so much. Love the mini kork screw track Bob made.

You are correct in my opinion the Carrera system is the best option for 132 and 124 with some modifications like an upgraded power supply better controllers and some higher RPM motors in the 124 cars and better tires they can be made to run pretty good the fast 132 cars will give you more of a commercial feel.

Carrera is the best track--the worst cars.  The 1/32 plastic cars are wonderful--Scalextric  NSR  among the best of the race ready cars.  Lot's of others are available also--PM Dennis Samson--he's the 1/32 GURU of our home track race cars.   But you're a little tight for space--you may be better off with the Scalextric sport track or Ninco --  works great for the 1/32 cars--  none of the home plastic tracks work well for our commercial cars--  And you could always build your own routed track.

Don't be disappointed with the Carrera 1/24 cars. If you decide to go with the Carrera track there are alternatives.

BRM, Scaleauto, Avant Slot are all solid 1/24 slot car choices. A particular shout out to the Scaleracing/BRM Trans Am cars which are beautiful and perform exceptionally well.

Of course these are all analog cars, but I feel if you are going 4 lane that you'll probably want analog eventually.

I have seen a good number of wood/routed tracks for sale being offered for what I feel are good prices, but probably would not fit in your space.

Best of luck with your project!

That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

Can you use other brands of digital cars on carrea track?
