January 2021 will mark the start of the fifth year of the AWRA. Despite some claims, the AWRA has been remarkably steady and consistent in their goals. The biggest change has been by far the flood of new equipment, and since the AWRA is very careful to maintain a level playing field, maintaining a competitive AWRA racing program does not require constant cash outlay. 
 
Slot Car Mods published an AWRA interview in Winter 2017. It was our first article to be published. Slot Car Mods is a digital-only magazine. Here is the complete interview. I hope that you will enjoy it.
