Nice looking piece, pair it up with one of your bodies and it would make a great spec class racer.

Is that for an inside gear arrangement?

Alleged amateur racer.
Mostly just play with lots of cars.
Able to maintain slot cars with a single bound.
Faster than a speeding Womp.
More powerful than a 36D.

Is that for an inside gear arrangement?
If not I am thinking the motor shaft is going to need an extension.

Similar design to the old JK Scorpion.

Looks like it is inside gear. For flexis that could help a lot of new racers!

interesting design, to be sure. my first thought was it reminded me of an old racer products chassis in that the pan movement was adjustable.

Is that the chassis that had two loose rivets to connect the pans & centersection? Their heads hung down below the chassis into the track clearance area? So in order to get 1/16" track clearance, you had to set it several thousands higher. Somebody had them at QCS.
I intend to live forever! So far, so good.

yep bill. thats the one. i am prob the guilty party at qcs who ran one. the center section had the motor slightly off-set and wasnt in-line with the guide. the pans were higher than the center section. very light chassis. there wasnt enough area on the pans to add weight. in this case, poor chassis design rather than my poor driving technique.
