Thanks John. The safari windows are purely functional of course - they allow cooling air to flow over the motor.

I broke the car in and I'm pleased to say that it runs great. Quick, stable, easy to drive. The motor is very nice - good acceleration, brakes, torquey, linear. First time I've used a vintage Monogram motor, will need to look for some more.
