The 330 P3 is very hard to find. Red Fox sells a nice 330 P4:

I love time warp examples of anything old. It could be an old pencil that's like new and I'd get the time warp feeling.

Nice original car, it was my first kit car that actually handle well.
It is the more common one of the three cars that came in that packaging.
Any body notice the art work shows a 36D motor but the kit only ever came with a 26D. I did not see that for years.
You should get good money for it Paul. I would give you $20 just for those decals. Cannot find those anywhere.

Hey Paul.
Another bidder has taken your car to $190 and I am sure it will go higher.
I know when I wanted one of these I found a few with damaged plastic boxes. The box is very delicate. Kids would cut a slot in the top and hinges would get broken. Often found with stains and cracks.
On one end of you box it looks like 2 parallel cracks or it could be clear tape maybe?
Your description.
"Wow amazing car. Body in great shape. No cracks. Chassis complete. Box, instructions, original decals all in excellent shape."
Not calling you out in any way Paul. But I would want to know if the box has damage as a box with no cracks or damage is hard to find. Coming from a friendly place. Hope this helps.

I think maybe he was saying the body didn't have any cracks.

" Box, instructions, original decals all in excellent shape."
If the box is cracked this description could make a buyer unhappy? Just trying to save Paul some problems.
For all I know the buyer may not care about the box.
The car and and printed card are really nice.

Doesn't look too bad. But good to cover your butt.
It will still display nice. Good luck with the auction.
I wonder if the new owner could flood the cracks with floor polish and make the cracks diminish?
Has any one tried this?

A not so funny "funny thing" happened in the final few seconds of the bidding. While being in the lead for sometime I got an un-easy feeling so went to up my maximum bid when I ran into disappearing numerals. type in and before sending the field went blank, this went on until the fat lady sang. I was going to give back the packaging if desired and just keep the hardware. I tried, first time bidding.

I hung in there but I must have bungled something to make numerals entered in the space provided disappear before hitting enter in the last few seconds. I did bump the figure a bit earlier but after I got the bad feeling in the gut is where the spooky stuff happened. I guess I would have disappointed the collectors as I would have put it together to run if I ever got to a track. I of course would have tried to find someone to do a re-pop of the body.
It was fun trying to snag a car I never would have bought in the day, I built cars to race and no other reason.

If you are building a car to run and have fun with you can find a restore-able built up car for much cheaper, but a nice blank slate like that car is good too. The box added a hundred or more dollars to that car.

Wasn't worried about the expense, I could just build a sidewinder or anglewinder with my own hand-built 26D to power it. I just got a wild hair to try this one out for kicks.
