Who made or makes this chassis?  And from what years are or were they made?

The upper right and the lower left chassis look like JKs from the mid-to-late '90s. The other two, with the more open motor boxes, I don't have a clue, perhaps they're JK, too.
 
Are you going to put FK motors in them just to run them? They wouldn't be competitive in today's Eurosport racing or even 12-15 years ago.

Would be for "rental" or borrow cars at the raceway. Let newbies or interested use them. Petty indestructible-looking.

Yes to low power or JK 25 type of motors on full voltage or Hawks on 10 volts...
