Before my last move, I gave away my archive of magazines going back to the middle 1960s.

In one of them I remember a story about a "Nats" where Don Barber and Cinnamon Bear JuJu candies were a part of the event.

The article was titled something like "Barber, (Unknown - possibly Camen), and Cinnamon Bear Nats."

Does anyone remember either the article or the event? Any details you can share are appreciated.

Thank you!

Don was a Cinncy pro racer. Heck of a racer and one of the best body painters around. In fact he still paints to order. Awesome paint jobs.

Donny did a great job at the USRA Nats, last year, by my raceway, marshaling and massaging Les Wright's shoulders, between heats.

Al Chuck says he expects to see Don at the Nats so I requested any information that Don might remember.

I hope that Don Barber doesn't mind me posting this. It's part of slot car racing history.

I have taken a different tack with the posting of the Don Barber video. Hopefully this will allow people to view it.
