Had to cut the plastic chassis open to accommodate the brass tube/motor bracket. Used a step drill to open axle hole to fit brass tubing and JB welded together. Guide is fixed straight for drag racing.

Very cool! What motor is that? Gear ratio? 1/4 or 1/8 mile?

Miasto 29 Ford but not sure what motor they would have used, obviously not a flathead. Motor is 180 can size 21000 rpm geared 16/35 48 pitch. Not fast but hopefully consistent enough for bracket racing. Club track is shorter than 1/8 mile so not accurate times to compare to commercial track times.

Motor might be a Buick nailhead it looks like the rocker covers are straight up.

I agree Tom. Also the wide gap between the center two exhaust pipes would indicate a Buick nailhead motor.

It runs good, heavier than most so works fine without wheelie bars.
