Just wondering... which glue do you guys and gals use to attach the rear air dam on your Retro body? How much body do you leave to attach it?

Marlon:
I leave 1/4" of material to attach the spoiler to using either 3M VHB (Very High Bond) clear film or just a few staples from a modified #51 Rapid brand stapler.

There is a glue you can get at Wally World, Lowe's, or any craft store... it's called "E-6000" and comes in clear, white, and black. I use the clear. After it sets up overnight, it will not come off.

I admit I'm lazy! I just use the Chicagoland spoilers that already have doublestick tape applied and a bend at the right height!

Like Doc I use Scotch double sided tape.
I mount the the spoiler with a full half inch wide strip of tape before trimming the rear of the body then trim the body and spoiler in one cut leaving about 1/4 inch or a little less. I also put two or three small staples just because.
The Tot 50 staples weigh almost nothing.
Whatever works for you is the perfect way to do it.

The two staples strategically placed has worked fine. I stopped using the double stick tape. Not needed.
