This is the second of two painted bodies which Nesta sent me for chassis build up. With both cars he provided a Havlicek wound and built motor, wheels with inserts.
While both cars had interior parts, I had to source the drivers and build up and paint the interiors along with building two chassis.
This car was a bit easier than the angle-winder in the Corvette Grand Sport, but sidewinder motors are pretty difficult to build a chassis around. But once done, the gear mesh is 100% perfect!
The body is a resin and fiberglass aftermarket piece. The interior is unfortunately left hand drive and the wheels are not correct either... but it finished up pretty well.
