Can set-up around an HO arm - who can make?

Howdy, gents,

 

I inquired with Sir J of H-Power about building a "can" HO motor for me if I sent him a proper arm, but doesn't look like it is in the cards.

I'm basically looking for someone to reproduce something like this.  The post-er of the image hasn't been on the 'blog for over two years, so no idea how to get in touch with him, if he'd even be willing.

 

Lots and lots of effort in scratchbuilding, a set-up built around an arm, if you may... in HO, no less!

Has anyone else tinkered with such things, or know someone who might be able to help me out? I have some cool things I would trade, or if the green stuff works....

Other than John H, the only guy I can think of would be Marty Meltaberger. He's making billet cans, so that's the probable starting point.
