Does any one know (a) what these are called and (b) where I can get more?  I really like them for attaching leads to motors and can't recall where I got the last batch.

Those look like the connectors Mike Swiss sells under his Chicagoland brand.

Look under parts counter. Mike Swiss sells them along with several have to have bits n pieces!

They're called spade female disconnects or connectors. I have no idea what size you need.
