Final FCR race of the 2010 championship season at Eddie's in Vallejo. All FCR racers are invited. $7 entry fee. Standard FCR rules, which can be found HERE.

The Captain Ernie JK Falcon-Flexi race will be held as well. $10 entry fee (call track to confirm). Any chassis with JK Falcon 7 motor and.032" clearance at rear. HD-GT body allowed.

Update 11/27: Change to original Falcon 7 motors, no Hawk or Hawk 7 motors.

Tech will open at 1:30 PM, with the first race to begin at 2 PM.

This racing event takes place every other Tuesday: 11/16/10, 11/30/10, 12/14/10.

The track opens for practice at 5:30 PM and racing starts at 7:30 PM.

Flexi-NASCAR Rules:

Chassis:
Stamped steel, 4" wheelbase "Flexi-car" type.
Bracing of rear axle uprights is allowed.
Soldering or gluing of rear axle bushings and front axle into the chassis is allowed.
Pin tubes may be added instead of body clips.
Excluded are any chassis with open motor boxes, i.e. JK Cheetah 11.

Motor:
Parma #501 "Deathstar" sealed motor. Seal must be intact, with NO modifications allowed.
Brushes and springs can be replaced but must be original type.
Soldering in the can bushing is not allowed.

Gears:
48 pitch, 9 tooth straight pinion.

Axles:
1/8" rear solid steel axle, 1/16" front axle.

Wheels / Tires:
1/2" or 5/8" front wheels, O-rings must be installed.
Any commercially available rear tires made of black rubber are allowed, "No silicone coatings".

Body:
Any commercially available 4" wheelbase NASCAR style body.
"Slammed" or bodies with excessively high rear spoilers are not allowed.
Bodies must have a minimum of 1/16" clearance from bumper to valance.
Front wheel openings must be clear or cut out to show the front wheels.
Interiors are not required.
Although it is not mandatory, we encourage you to make the cars look like "NASCAR" type cars.

Clearance / Width:
Clearance shall be a minimum of 1/16" (.063") under entire car, including spur gear, as measured on a flat tech block.
Width shall be no more than 3-1/4".
Wheels may not be offset relative to chassis.

Tech Points:
Clearance, width, motor, front wheel O-rings and body.

No "glue" (tire traction additive) is allowed... not on the track and not on your tires.

If it's not mentioned, it's not legal!
