Those are jig wheels for WRP C Series drag chassis 06, 07, 08, and 10. Precision makes ones with similar markings but I don't know who made yours. Since I'm not a drag racer, I have no idea what size tire each chassis takes.
I found this info on the WRP C Series drag chassis.
06 - inline chassis for big tires (1-1/16"- 1-3/16")
08 - anglewinder chassis for big tires
07 - inline chassis for small tires (.990"-1.030")
10 - anglewinder chassis for small tires
