The eBay listing had a link to the user manual. When I tried looking for it, I found quite a bit of balancing info but not a user manual for this particular box. My guess is this box is not a self-contained balancer, but that external equipment s required too. I was not interested in purchasing this unit, I was just curious how it worked.

It’s a great machine that works fast once you get the hand of it. I could balance an arm in 2 minutes or less using it. Comparing the balance this machine provided to a Hoffmann is equal, in fact I found that the Madyla was more accurate in identifying imbalance in more situations.

I build about 15 motors a week. Nothing is more annoying then having to ship out your arms to balance half way through a motor build/ rebuild. In hindsight I regret selling it but my local track has a balancer and they are only 6 miles away.
