Cars and racers ready at the start!....
We ran 16 heats on the Piranha King track for a total of about 3 hours and at the halfway point things were VERY close with Hi Speed having a 3 lap lead on Team Trujillo and MAGARAMA only 20 laps back with Piranha another 40 in arrears!
The dogfight continued to the very end with about 10 laps separating the top 3 going into the last heat ....and that's how they finished! Hi Speed hung on for the win with a slim 6 lap margin over Team Trujillo who held off the fast charging MAGARAMA by 2 laps! Team Piranha held onto 4th not far back. Super race this year as the last couple of years have been runaways!
