I'm not familiar with it. It might be scratchbuilt or European. Can you post a picture of the top side of the chassis with the body off? The front of the center section by the guide looks similar to a 1/32 Eurotoy.

 

Is this car 1/32 scale or 1/24?

Not a production chassis, 1/24 scale.

I think I built this car in 2007 for the proxy race for Don Siegel. He installed a Chong motor; due to the Chong motor rotation the crown gear opening had to be enlarged so the crown gear could be flipped.
