Hi folks -

I did not see anything in the IRRA online rules about minimum or maximum wheelbase for classes other than Stock Car.

So as long as the chassis and wheels are covered by the body (Can-Am and Coupe), any wheelbase is allowed?

As I read it, in Can-Am there is a max body length of 6=3/4" (E.1.b.) and the wheels must be mounted in relation to the wheel wells on the body (B.17) – Coupe only has B.17.

With the exception of Stock Car, most bodies don't have molded wheel well lines. So, within reason, wheelbase  seems to be free, but only to a point.

Remember, the spirit of IRRA rules is to present a reasonable 1/24 replica of a real car.

F1 wheelbase range is 3.75" to 4.25", per the current tech sheet. Nothing is specified for Can-Am or Coupe.
