The final Race #6 of the Ohio Challenge Cup 2008-2009 season is coming up April 18th at:

The store opens at 9:00 A.M. first race at 11:00.

The points are close in all 3 classes and will be a good turn out rain or shine. Deb and Frank are always GREAT Hosts. A FUN Day and Fast Races will be the order of the day.

A special "Hats Off" to Mike, Steve, Paul, and all the good folks at Parma for all the support for the Series as always. Their 501`s performed great in the GT1 Handout class. And Between Parma and Eagle Dist. we had Race Prizes for 20+ Racers at all 6 Series races. Can`t ask for more than that Guys!
We`d love to see you make it to the last race.

One last thought the Series GT1 4 hour Enduro will be held May 2nd. But remember you must have run at least one Ohio Challenge Cup race in the Series to race in the Enduro. We`ll be taking the first 8 teams to sign up. Minimum 2 maximum 4 racers per team. Boys and Girls, Ladies and Men, we`ve had a ton of good racers this season.
It will be at J&B Raceways in Fremont or Rt.93 in Akron depending on the number of entries at race #6. We`ll know all on the 18th. Don`t miss the fun!

I have to say we`ve had a great Series this year with 40+ racers.
Nancy, Larry, Deb, and Frank have been great at every race. And I`d like to think we`ve had fun at my track too. Next year should be great also. It appears we`ll be adding HMS Speedways in Bellevue, Oh. who has a new facility and a brand new Steve Ogilvie Hillclimb that should be arriving in late May or early June and be ready for the fall season.

Yes, Slot Car Racing is alive and doing well in Ohio!

All info will be updated on www.jandbraceway.com as dates and locations are firmed up. So keep an eye on it for the 2009-2010 season.

Tomorrow`s the day for the Akron race guys! Just talked with Frank and I`m sure it`ll be a good one.

Thanks to all for a great series this year.

We`ll miss you at the race Cap, it`s always fun to race with you and we`re looking forward to racing at your new facility too. I know you guys have worked your butts off to get it ready and a FINE Raceway will be even better.

And yep Justin we got you and Frank covered we`ll be starting the sign up at the race.
