Nice job, as always. Is there some trick to painting the black divisions between the exhaust pipes? I have a heck of a time with those. :)

It's called steady hands, right Jairus? Nice job. Now, did you . . . hack hack . . . hack . . . use decals? It's OK . . . the painting gods forgive! :)

Thank you and yes, those are decals applied to the inside. The carrier is cut down to the very image and they are stuck to the roughed-up inside with clear enamel and set aside to dry for a day. Yes Joe, steady hands are what is needed to paint the engine details. No trick.
(Call me a hack, will you . . . )

Nope, vintage Du-Bro.

Jairus, make that "vintage Pactra". This is not a Du-Bro body, that was completely different. :)

Finished another one. This is probably a vintage Pactra mold as well because the molding, material, and details were similar to the Ferrari.

Nope, lacquer!
You can paint lacquer over enamel if it is painted on "dry".

This Porsche body is no Porsche but the Harrison Indy Special powered by a V8 Traco-Chevy if I recall without Gaggling. It was built by Joe Huffaker and Jerry Eisert and was modeled in 1/24 scale as a slot car by Testor, sold as a clear body or as a RTR as it was at indy, in gold with # 97. :)
It is a fairly common slot car to find on ePay.

Not that I want to contradict anybody here but that Honda F1 is an original MIB Lancer from eBay seller "Warson". I think His Esteemed Evil Emperor has gotten a few similar items from him, therefore our inhouse expert, Signor Filippo, could easily check for The TRUTH.
Thank you for your attention.
