One more question John.
Did a Hasse track have adjustable legs or not?
We have about equal amount of both. One set has slots and wing nuts for adjustment and the other seem to have been screwed together permenantly. (triangles of pressboard with plywood) Most are numbered thankfully. When I say equally... it would take about the same amount of legs to hold up the "Princess" as the other two tracks based on the number of 2"X2"s.

Hasse is still going strong. Here's a picture from a build in 2008 (Hasse on the left).
and here's a picture of the Track ready. The track is located in Malmø/Sweden.

Hi hi hi...Well thanks for the compliments that Hasse built this..I worked for Hasse and he taught me how to do this construction...this is a MOOSE TRACK...built by Paul Painter with Dave Smith...track was built for Salem Speedway across from Boones Tresury on High Street in Salem, Oregon.
It's sad to see this on the ground like this...its a very fast and fun track to run on....regards to all Paul Painter

I know...i just saw them...John Ford thought it was a Haase track...i was going to Texas to build a race program for American...hi hi hi...this was and still is a very nice compliment...Paul
