How many would be interested in having a race on Sat Nov. 28??? This is Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend.

Thinking Can-Am, F-1 and JK Spec classes.

Kinda of a warm-up and track "breaking in" race before TR's Dec OVR races.

Serious replies only please.

I can't make it, we've got my whole family coming over.

Isn't the family supposed to come over on Thursday so you can get rid of them by Saturday? At least that's the plan at our house.

Just dip on a little Zip Grip (original) and you'll have them begging to leave or begging you to leave.

I'd bring em along for turn marshals except they'll all be so full of food I'm afraid they might barf on the track. :laugh2:

Audrey and I go to Columbus for her families Thanksgiving and then my family comes over to our house on Saturday to do it again.

All that food in one weekend? Man that's brutal.

You're gonna have to diet all winter to get your figure back. :laugh2:

Might be a better idea to try and sneak it in on Dec 5th. Race about noon, CanAm and F1. That should finish up around 5-6 and time to get back home before pumpkin time?? I beleive the 5th is an open Saturday?

Washington is 29th and a no can do, two days in a row............

I'd be interested in running the Can Am and JK Spec classes. There might be a couple fo other racers waiting in the wings, but I'm waiting to hear from them. Until then count on one (me) for two (classes).

Wed. night races start about 7:00pm with practice from 5:00pm. We race Flexis with Kelly or ProSlot 16D motors and Toyota GT1 bodies. Replacement of the Chinese arm with the equivalent ProSlot PS-706 arm is allowed. Lap times are in the low 4.5s and high 4.4s.

I got word last night the lap counter problems have been solved. All 8 lanes are counting with no cross talk.

FYI - The lap counter worked perfectly. Lap times for the flexis were 4.2s and 4.3s. For comparison purposes, these cars will turn 4.8-4.9 at Tom Thumb.

I went back last night to practice with my retro cars and my lap times were 4.7s to 4.9s. For reference, the flexis were still turning 4.3s. Most of the difference appeared to be in the donut and the lead-on.

Not that I know of. There is a series race on the drag track Sat. The track should be open for practice though. There is talk of altering the schedule in the future, but I don't see that happening before the first of the year.
